David provides the initial consultation to help you identify the core business issues you want resolved. David will then create a structured programme to address the issues and where required, will utlisied the skills of a trusted specialist who is a qualified expert in that sector.

It’s not just a case of asking what’s wrong, and how can we fix it. It’s a case of looking inside at all the moving and non-moving components of the machine we call your business, inspecting how they interplay and affect one another.
David will assess the parts for wear and tear, whether they’re outdated or can be improved upon and whether the operators of the parts (your team) are trained, competent and content in their roles.
Business Engineers has a free downloadable questionnaire, which is also used in the consultation, to give David an overview of your business and the perceived problems, how you feel about it now and how you want to feel about it.
Some of the questions include:
1. Why did you start the business, what was your vision for it?
2. What did you originally want to get out of your business?
3. What is the pain you’re feeling right now?
4. Do you know what you’d like to change?
There are no acronyms or planning tools in play with Business Engineers.
